What is FLV?
Flash Video is a file format used to deliver video over the
Internet using Adobe Flash Player (initially produced by Macromedia)
versions 6–10. Until version 9 update 2 of the Flash Player,
Flash Video referred to a proprietary file format, having
the extension FLV.
FLV and F4V are the de facto standard for web video today;

Launch Flv Grabber
In order to grab video and audio from Youtube, Google with
Flv Grabber, you must have Flv Grabber installed. Once Flv
Grabber is installed, launch the grabber program.
Select Adapter
Click the "Options" button,
and open "Options" windows, then click the "Select
Adapter" button.
Start Grab
Click the "Start" button, Flv Grabber start to
watch network traffic and look for the BlogTV and uStream
video data.
Grabbing
When Flv Grabber find BlogTV and uStream video stream data,
it grab the video and audio, and save video data to pc.
